Experiência fantástica: I along with my family spent a week in Portugal. Luis was our guide and driver for the week. From the pick up at the hotel to the drop off at the airport, he was the epitome of professionalism and kindness. His knowledge of the places we saw, flexibility in ensuring that we received the best experience possible and a great sense of humor, was a vital part of our Portugese experience. Just wanted you to know that you have a keeper and for our next trip we will be seeking Amiroad out again, because of our experience with Luis Urbano
Experiência fantástica: We booked Amiroad for a 4-hour tour of Lisbon in May 2025. Antonio met us a few minutes early and soon our 4 hour adventure began. The Mercedes minivan was comfortable and clean. Water was provided. We were mainly interested in history and monuments as this was our first trip to Lisbon. Antonio filled our time with history, stories and conversation. We also wanted to partake in a few Pastel de Nata, the famous Portugese custard tarts (we went to the best shop in town, in Belém). We drove all over the city and saw all the sights. By the end of the trip, Antonio wasn't just a tour guide, he felt like a friend. We are friendly, flexible, and informal people and Antonio matched our vibe well. Overall, the tour, and our driver Antonio were both EXCELLENT. We are talking about a return visit to Lisbon and we will be looking for Amiroad and Antonio again.
Experiência fantástica: We ended up booking 4 different tours during our visit to Portugal - mainly because our driver Francisco was so great! We did a tour of Lisbon, a visit to Sintra and Cascais, visited wine region in Arribada, and checked out surf at Peniche and Nazare. The company was easy to deal with, flexible, and the vehicles were very spacious, clean and comfortable for our family of 5. I highly recommend Amiroad for any tours, and suggest requesting Francisco.

Experiência positiva: From Lisbon, we did a private tour with Amiroad Luxury Tours to go to Sintra and Cascais. Our driver and guide was on-time, very professional, informative and made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. The car itself that we were on was a clean, modern Mercedes and was indeed, luxurious, in my view. However, for late lunch, the restaurant choice (Monte Mar Cascais) wasn’t impressive – some of the seafood restaurants we’ve dined in whilst in Lisbon were better. Monte Mar also made some seafood prep errors that shouldn't have been allowed to happen. Having said that, overall, I was personally happy with the tour provided by Amiroad luxury tours from Lisbon.

Experiência negativa: The tour we went on was good and fine, and the vehicle was comfortable. That aside, we were told that we would be brought to a "modest" and "not fancy" restaurant for lunch. It turned out that recommended restaurant is a tourist trap called Montemar (in Cascais) - where they over-charge customers with exorbitant rates, often well over €100-200 for very average quality food. It's a tourist trap that must have cut a deal with Amiroad, hence the recommendation. For that reason alone, I cannot possibly recommend Amiroad as it was deception to describe that recommended restaurant as "not fancy" and "modest", when it was a scam tourist trap location where we wasted a huge amount of money. The tours, fine. But please stop with these tourist trap restaurant recommendations. You have belittled the quality of your tour and cheapen the experience with lies and deception. Treat your clients with respect, please.

Experiência fantástica: We arrived from Munich on 5th Dec 2022 and arranged for Amiroad to help us transfer from the airport to our hotel in Lisbon and 5 days later travel to Porto. We were greeted by Eleano , a well groomed gentleman who drove us to our hotel. He is knowledgeable and made suggestions of what to do in Lisbon. He brought to a nice restaurant Praxis for lunch en route to Porto. A consummate driver with a great sense of humor. Thoroughly enjoyed our rides. Kudos young man!

Experiência fantástica: Use Amiroad for our family trip while in Lisbon during August. By far the best car service I have ever used!! Excellent service, knowledgeable guide and great pricing! I was nervous at first because I don’t typically use car services while away. However, Amiroad made our trip to Sintra unforgettable! It was so easy to arrange pick up and the logistics of the day trip. Our tour guide (Luis) arrived early in the morning to pick us up from our Airbnb, and from there on it was a smooth ride. Luis was just amazing! He was friendly and very accommodating. We really wanted to see Sintra and other local cities, he gave us some great suggestions ! We didn’t feel rushed, he really went on our pace. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service. 100% would go back and do it again!
